Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to tradingagents.dev and related services (the “Service”), operated as TradingAgents AI. By accessing the Service, creating an account, or submitting a research request, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement.
• Provide accurate registration information, keep it current, and use your own account and verification channels.
• Keep your password and API keys confidential. You are responsible for activity through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable safeguards.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, credential exposure, or another security incident.

The Service may include market news, company screening, opportunity discovery, watchlists, AI-generated analysis, saved reports, and related documentation. Features, data sources, limits, models, and availability may change. Public news and educational material are accessible without an account; most research features require authentication.

The current free tier may be changed or discontinued. Optional bring-your-own-key features are subject to the selected provider’s separate terms, availability, and charges.

The Service is for research and educational purposes. It does not consider your complete financial situation, objectives, tax position, or risk tolerance. Reports, signals, scores, rankings, price data, and news summaries are not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any security, nor an offer or solicitation to transact.

Verify material facts independently and consult a qualified professional before making an investment decision. You are solely responsible for your decisions, orders, losses, and compliance with laws that apply to you.

• AI outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, biased, delayed, or fabricated.
• Market data and news may contain errors, gaps, adjusted prices, ambiguous ticker matches, or reporting delays.
• A report reflects the inputs, model behavior, and information available at the selected analysis date. It is not continuously updated unless a new analysis is run.
• Scores and summaries are decision-support tools, not probabilities, guarantees, or substitutes for primary-source research.

You may not:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, manipulative, or harmful activity.
• Attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or availability, bypass limits, or place unreasonable load on the Service.
• Scrape, crawl, reverse engineer, copy, or resell non-public areas or data except as expressly permitted or allowed by law.
• Upload malware, infringing material, another person’s confidential data, or API keys you are not authorized to use.
• Present AI-generated output as verified fact, personalized advice, or an official statement of a company, regulator, data provider, or TradingAgents AI.
• Circumvent provider restrictions or use the Service to violate third-party rights.

You retain your rights in information you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display that information as needed to provide, secure, and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit it.

AI-generated reports may resemble output produced for others and may not qualify for intellectual-property protection in every jurisdiction. You may use reports generated for your account for internal or personal research, subject to these Terms and any third-party rights in underlying content.

The Service depends on third-party infrastructure, AI, market-data, news, and messaging providers. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. Links to publishers and external sources do not imply endorsement. We are not responsible for third-party sites, data, availability, or decisions you make based on them.

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue all or part of the Service, including during maintenance, outages, provider failures, or safety and legal concerns. We may suspend or terminate an account for material breach, fraud, security risk, unlawful use, or repeated violations of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including disclaimers, intellectual-property terms, indemnity, and liability limits—will continue to apply.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free data, profitable outcomes, or preservation of every generated report.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits, opportunities, or data; trading losses; or third-party conduct. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your submitted content, your violation of another person’s rights, or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to mandatory law, the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to the Service or these Terms. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and make a reasonable effort to resolve the issue informally.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization or transfer of the Service. These Terms, together with the Privacy and Cookie Policies and any terms presented for a specific feature, are the entire agreement regarding the Service.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions may be sent to support@tradingagents.dev.
